Where is Aberdeen located?
Aberdeen is conveniently located on the Southeast corner of Clinton Parkway & Wakarusa a mile east of I-70. This location offers extremely easy highway access for travelling to and from Topeka/KC. We are also quite close to a large shopping center with numerous shops and restaurants!
What are your hours?
The Aberdeen Leasing office is open from 10:00 am-6:00pm Monday-Friday. 11:00am-5:00pm Saturday, and closed on Sunday. If you need help after hours we can still be reached by phone 24 hours a day at 785-749-2300.
What can I expect from my apartment?
All of our apartments include fully equipped kitchens with glass-top stoves as well as washer and dryer. Every apartment also includes a walk-in closet, decorative ceiling fans, private patio/balcony, and ample storage space.
What are my utility options?
Electricity is provided through Westar Energy. Water and trash service is provided through the City of Lawrence. While utilities are not included in rent, our modern apartments are all-electric so you can save money by not having a gas bill! Cable and Internet is available through Knology. Do you allow pets?
Yes, we are very pet friendly! We know having a pet is a great advantage for our residents! However, we do have a few restrictions. If you would like to discuss this further, please give us a call or come by the clubhouse.
What schools are nearby?
For our residents with children, we are very close to Langston Hughes Elementary and Lawrence Freestate High School. The University of Kansas and Haskell Indian Nations University are only a short drive away!
